How do I order?
Place your order using our website www.auguspackaging.com. If you have special requests or want to make us aware of something related to your order, add your request in the "Additional comments" field in cart page.
What are your amount discounts?
Discounts are available on some items based on the total amount ordered. As we shoed in the products detailed page, if your order total amount is more than US$35.00, the discount is 5%; total amount is more than US$50.00 the discount is 15%; total amount is more than US$75.00, the discount is 20%; total amount is more than US$100, the discount is 30%. Total amount is more than US$300, please contact us for discounts.
How does the discount work?
When you add products in cart, if the total amount meets your discount policy, it will be updated; you can see the original total amount and the discounted total amount.
Where my order comes from?
Our warehouse is in Shenzhen, China, and all packages will be shipped from China.
When will my order ship?
Normally, the package will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment verification.
How is my order shipped? How long will I receive my order?
Buyer comes from United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia
Order is shipped by Standard Shipping with tracking number; you will receive your order within 8-20 working days.
Buyer comes from other countries and regions
Order is shipped by Economy Shipping with tracking number; you will receive your order within 20-50 working days.
What are my shipping charges?
For shipping charges, if your order total amount is less than US$20.00, the shipping cost is US$7.99. If your order total amount is more than US$20.00, it's free shipping.
How do I track my order?
On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking information. You can track it on track order page.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal only.
How do I know if my product is compatible with your bottles?
You should always test your product with the container you have selected prior to use. We make no guarantee, warranty, or recommendation for any intended use and specifically caution that many products are not compatible with glass, plastic or metal. Please contact Customer Service to request a sample.
What if I need to change or cancel an order?

What if I need to return my order?
We have a 30-day unconditional return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return unconditionally. Please check our Return Policy.
What if I don't receive my order?
We ship packages to all over the world, sometimes packages may be lost in transit, and we will be responsible for all problems in transit. If the buyer still does not receive the package within 30 working days after the estimated delivery date ends, we will refund the money.
What if part of my order is damaged or missing?
For most glass products, they are easily damaged during transportation. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will resend buyer correct replacement, or refund the money of damaged or defective item.
