United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia
All orders from United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia will be shipped by Standard Shipping. Normally, the package will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment verification, and buyer will receive the parcel within 8-20 working days.

Other countries and regions
Orders from other countries and regions will be shipped via Economy Shipping. Normally, the package will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment verification, and buyer will receive the parcel within 20-50 working days.

All packages have a tracking number for the entire journey. After receiving the tracking number, the buyer can track the shipment of the package on the TRACK ORDER page.

Item not received
 If the buyer still does not receive the package within 30 working days after the estimated delivery date ends, please contact us immediately at fred@1bottles.com, and we will arrange to resend or refund to the buyer. We will be responsible for all problems during transportation.
