Refund Policy
Package not received
We ship packages to all over the world, sometimes packages may be lost in transit, and we will be responsible for all problems in transit. If the buyer still does not receive the package within 30 working days after the estimated delivery date ends, we will refund the money.
Damages and issues
For most glass products, they are easily damaged during transportation. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will resend buyer correct replacement, or refund the money of damaged or defective item.
Regardless of any of the problems mentioned above, please contact us at fred@1bottles.com. We will provide buyers with the best solution to the problem. Please remember if you want refund, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
